Pecan pie my way

After unsuccessfully making cardboard-hard ginger cookie man for Bri’s Thanksgiving party at school – my excuse? didn’t really feel like it so I baked them half-heartedly – managed to push myself to bake this pie. Scrumptious Banana Chocolate Cobbler

Instead of using plain cut up bananas, I caramelize them first in a pan with a bit of butter.
