Hopscotch Breadsticks

breadsticks

Something I baked for fun, because my baby, Bri, who has just learned to chew on her finger food, loves breadsticks. Instead of having her teething toys or dummy, she prefers to gum on this breadsticks. Cute little thing she is!  So simple to make and yet it makes her so happy.

Hopscotch Breadsticks

* 100 gr cake flour
* 100 gr bread flour
* 3 gr salt
* 3 gr bread improver
* 3 gr baking powder
* 20 gr butter
* 200 ml milk

Mix them all together, add a cup of fillings of your choice
(I added 1 cup of parmesan cheese + little sugar)

On a flat surface, knead the dough until smooth

Roll them into fingersize, place onto a silicone sheet

Glaze with egg wash and add sprinkles of your choice

Bake at 170C  for about 40 mnts.

The breadsticks look yummy and cute with the all sprinkles on them. I love your blog, I will add your badge to my blog if you don’t mind (^.^)
